After some hiccups with the first ID under the same company, we manage to change to Joey as our interior designer. An efficient lady, and you can always trust her to reply your queries promptly (which is what we as house owners really appreciate). She has a great design sense and color coordination. We love the final outlook of our house. Ezra was also a great help with his experience and insights in assisting with details during electrical and carpentry discussion. Workmanship of the carpentry is decent but we were not given a choice to choose the internal laminate color, and ended up having all white which is not very practical since it will get dirty easily. The carpenters are great with acceding to our requests as there were constant last minute design changes on the carpentry which made sense on 3D designs but impractical and costly in reality. Painting job really needs a lot of improvement for the amount paid, as its troublesome to get the painters back to touch up, and they did not do a good job after the touch up as well.

Applied for ID for my BTO from renopedia. Got all kind of ID contact me but I choosed Vincent from Visionary Design. As he can assure me that he can deliver what I wanted. As for others ID who contacted me and know what I wants, they didn't reply me after that. So we arranged a date and met Vincent at his office to discussed on what kind of things we wants and what is needed for BTO. Also he show us some of his office design and materials that they use. Vincent really take his time slowly explaining to us which material would be good for us. And we told him that we already brought our furniture and he assured me that he can design accordingly to the furniture we brought. After all the discussion, the next day he arranged the contractor to start works. Was very impressed that he take our renovation works so efficiently. The contractor's that he get to work on my BTO reno was very efficient too. He is very responsive whenever I needed help. Will recommend definitely recommend him to my friends!

Bryan was very patient with us, explaining about the process and with only 1 meet-up, we decided to choose him as our ID. It was an enjoyable process to work with Bryan. He is engaging and always try to meet our expectations. He is prompt in replying and updates us timely on the progress of the renovation. The completion was within the timeline he mentioned. We are very satisfied with the outcome and he is definitely recommended!

Choosing the right contractor is not an easy task for us, we were sceptical with most of the contractors we had met because we have quite a bit of hackings and rebuild of walls for our EM and most of them used free-hand drawings to present the ‘final’ layout, which I don’t feel comfortable to commit a 10% deposit to proceed to see the 3D drawing from the reno company. Until my husband found Visionary Interior from FB and brought me along for a second meet up. I am impressed that Lucas and Vincent printed a set of our house layout and explained layer by layer with highlights that which section we want to hack and rebuild, they also presented their company profile and a clear breakdown on their quotation. I am very pleased with their structured way of explaining and it gave me confident to engage with them. Now our house is 60% completing, Lucas being our main project manager is able to arrange different jobs timely, there always people working on our house almost every weekday, no time wasted. He is always accommodating and gives his thoughts and inputs, which I really appreciate. Unlike other contractors we have met earlier they would keep asking us what we want, which we are uncertain too. Also he is able to rectify problem fast and will always try his best to solve problems with his sub-cons to achieve our sudden requests, and I believe many other contractors would take the chance to charge extras to customers. We have started recommending to our friends. Glad that we have made the right choice !! 6 stars to you, Lucas !!

"Deepest gratitude to Lucas Peh and Vincent from Visionary Interior. Having to own my first home, with little to zero knowledge about home designs, my family felt relieved that we engaged Visionary and was assigned with Designer Lucas Peh and his partner Vincent. Going through our floor plan thoroughly, they came up with a meticulous design catered to our request. Making small changes here and there during the renovation due to unforeseen circumstances, making things work out. As we had a tight timeline of only 1 month to work with for almost a full renovation on a 5 Room Resale, Lucas did magic and made it happen. With things that are not up to standards, Lucas made the effort to correct it for us and put himself in our shoes to understand why we have such requests. Overall an amazing experience working with Visionary and especially Lucas. "Engaged Visionary Interior to handle my BTO renovation. Pricing is reasonable and service was good. Offered to produce 3D drawings for a small fee before signing contract, which is very helpful for first time homeowners. Strongly recommend Gerard Chin. He has very good design sense, able to communicate design ideas well, and strikes a good balance between giving useful suggestions and accommodating our ideas into the design. Mike was great too when it comes to operations and running the project smoothly."

"We engaged Joey from Visionary Interior. She’s very easy-going and direct, we can speak our minds and communicate comfortably with her :) We did not have much idea of what we wanted, had a tight timeline, not a lot of budget, but Joey patiently guided us along. Renovation timeline planned was closely followed. When we are out to purchase items for the house, Joey is prompt to reply our calls/messages for recommendations on what design to select. We appreciate all her hard work!"
