Overall we are very please with how the apt turned out. All thanks to our responsible ID SiTing who went the extra miles to help us realize our dream place and within our budget. It has been a good experience working with her and her team and of course the supportive boss, Wayne! Highly recommended if you want to do a fuss free renovation.

We were referred to Alan from a friend. He has done an excellent job of designing our place and managing our project. The actual outcome of our home was closely modelled after the 3D render that he provided for us, and we were pleased with his ability to improvise when we requested for alternate colours by editing the screenshots of the 3D render. He was also able to advise on appropriate colours and laminates for the walls, carpentry and countertops. He is also highly efficient with his work, and actively provides updates, including photos and videos of the progress. We would strongly recommend him to new homeowners who would like an ID who can work independently, promptly provide solutions to issues and is experienced with HDB BTO projects. A huge shout out to our ID, Alan Lui. My Fiancée and I, as new homeowners, are quite lost and confused with the whole renovation process. Alan really helped to guide us along in this progress, starting with his presentation to us on things that we should look out for in an ID company. He listened to us to figure out our needs and wants, coming up with creative solution fitting our needs. He showed more results than other ID firms we consulted with, showing his dedication to his job and care for his clients. Along the way during renovation, he gave us periodic updates and even helped us to source furniture and gave his advice on matching style for some others. Alan even goes out of his way to throw in some surprises for us knowing that we want a smart home, so thank you very much for it. Any problems we had, Alan would reassure us and have a solution, even changing solutions at times when he has a even better idea. I love our giant built in cabinet for our fish tank, eventhough there was quite alot of design changes for it. We thoroughly appreciate having Alan as our ID, and the finished home brought us so much compliments from family. We are really happy with the whole renovation. Thank you Alan ☺️
