Thanks Vin for helping us through our house reno! Vin was very patient, speedy and attentive throughout the entire process- he was able to accommodate our extremely tight timeline (2 months!) and pulled things together very quickly. We were really surprised at how quickly the TIL’s contractors worked, and most times the works were completed ahead of schedule. We sincerely appreciated Vin’s positive attitude throughout the entire process especially through all the design changes we requested - in fact the final project was completely different from the original brief but Vin was able to support us through each iteration swiftly, no questions asked. We had a couple challenging carpentry requests that were accommodated too (massive 2m by 2.5m storage bed with hydraulic lift, concealed DB box behind a large glass display showcase) The contractors were very pleasant to work with, and the quality of the carpentry is great too. We also appreciate that whenever there was an issue that would come up (as they tend to when a project is underway) Vin would immediately problem solve and present options. Where there were mistakes they were rectified immediately, again, no questions asked. His positive demeanor also got heavy praise from our condo management - they only had nice things to say about working with him and genuinely liked working with him which helped us get through our project quickly. Simple and straight forward renovation, involving redoing the vinyl flooring, false ceiling, painting works and shopfront. Angie was thorough in her discussion with me and ensured that all grounds are covered. She also tried her best to accommodate to my requests, suggesting practical and useful input to elevate the design concept I had in mind. Results definitely exceeded expectations. Trustworthy and reliable designer! Being a commercial unit renovation, she was also practical about what to do and what not to do, where I should splurge on and where I should save money on. She also made good suggestions on furniture choices, so that I can achieve the overall concept. When issues arise, she will always update me on the progress, offer solutions and ensure that the renovation works remain on schedule and quality is not compromised. She definitely made the renovation process a fuss free and an enjoyable one.

Edwin and Ami came well prepared for our first meeting and were already able to give us proposals on how to rework our floor plan to maximise utilisation of the space. During the design stage, they took time to understand our lifestyle and our usage of each space to ensure that our place is fit for purpose. For example, Ami checked on the dimensions of the tools and appliances we use in the kitchen and design the cabinetry around the measurements. Throughout the renovation process, both of them were incredibly responsive and gave us regular progress updates with pictures as they were frequently on site to supervise the works in person. Our entire renovation process took only 4 months from the time we signed the contract which was impressive for a gut renovation. We are very thankful for their patience in hand holding us through this journey. Post-handover, they remained in touch and were quick to respond to any defects or rectification requests. It was truly stress free for us and we highly recommend Edwin and Ami to anyone on a search for IDs.

Very good renovation company, the materials from suppliers are all very good quality and good looking. Also, our designer Poh ling is a person who pays great attention to decoration aesthetics and pays attention to every renovation detail. She helps us to choose renovation materials that match our home decoration style without taking too much time. She will quickly inform us and discuss the solutions with us if found any problems during this renovation, and all our requests will be responded in a timely and fast manner. She is a very responsible and helpful designer. The overall renovation experience with Poh Ling that I feel very efficient and comfortable.
