I recently had the pleasure of working with Kelvin as my interior designer, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. After being referred to Bryant Loo by my brother who was very impressed with his exceptional interior design work and iPlan Studio's good workmanship in his home last year, we decided to engage him as our ID and iPlan Studio for our own renovation project. Bryant consistently demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and efficiency, promptly addressing any issues or defects that arose during the process. Crucially, he delivered on his promise to complete the renovation within our tight two-month timeline, allowing us to move in just before Chinese New Year. When faced with unexpected challenges such as a two-week condo lift breakdown at the project's outset, Bryant handled the situation with understanding and adept coordination with his team. We greatly appreciated his consistent communication, including regular video and photo updates of the renovation progress. Furthermore, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of iPlan Studio's in-house services and workmanship, including tiling, plumbing, carpentry, and 720° Virtual design which was exactly how our house turned out to be like. Also, Bryant's great recommendations for air conditioning, electrical work, curtain, and vinyl suppliers made our life easier and saved us time to search and liaise for one. Bryant's professionalism, patience, and approachability made the entire renovation experience smooth and less-stressful to first-time homeowners like myself.
