Working with Jeff and Abigail has been such a pleasure. Their professionalism and ability to listen to my ideas and solving issues promptly made the entire process seamless. The level of detail they have put into every corner of my house is incredible. From providing functional suggestions and advices, to replying almost instantly when we had to purchase our appliances, we can see that Jeff and Abigail always put the needs of their clients first. I moved into my new house in December 2021 and faced a daunting task of finding a reputable interior designer who could deliver top-notch renovations within our budget. After encountering numerous interior designers, my wife and I were faced with the difficult decision of choosing the right one. It was crucial for us to find someone who not only understood our financial constraints but also had a remarkable track record of delivering high-quality workmanship. That's when we stumbled upon Swiss Interior Design and decided to schedule a meeting with Maybelle, one of their talented interior designers, without any prior recommendations. From the very first meeting, both my wife and I were immediately captivated by Maybelle's extensive knowledge in renovation techniques and her exceptional attention to detail. Impressed by her expertise, we wasted no time in appointing her for our project. Despite the challenging circumstances brought about by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Maybelle managed to complete the renovation work within our specified budget and the agreed-upon timeframe. Sherwin is very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He was able to achieve the design I expected where he demonstrated great project management, design skills, the renovation work was completed within the expected time period. All the professionals who were involved in the project did a great job. He went an extra mile to complete the work on time as it was critical for me and the work was completed within the expected quality level. Jeff is patient, attentive to our renovation’s needs and very helpful. He assisted us, where possible through advice and provide good advise as well as from his experience on renovation. He responses through our queries is fast when we have question to ask him. At times, he also provided suggestions to our ideas which is good as we are first-time homeowners. And I never felt like he was trying to impose his ideas on me, unlike other IDs I approached. Instead, the process felt more collaborative and he got what I was trying to do with my space and worked tirelessly towards that vision. His ability to balance functionality and creativity, and improvise, given certain limitations within my space, was also very impressive. Benjamin was also very responsive to my many texts and questions, and entertained all my requests for changes (thank you!) along the way, and would update me constantly throughout the renovation process. I also appreciated how he would suggest ways or advise against certain changes to help keep costs down; he even threw in a few things that I asked for without charge. When issues cropped up, like with the carpentry and flooring, he got it resolved quickly and without any fuss. Had the pleasure to work with Jeff for our new BTO reno 🙂 Jeff is very experienced and responsible. He provided honest and practical suggestions for our ideas. He taught us things to consider as it was our first time renovating, and provided advice on furniture choices to better suit our theme. Jeff is very flexible and responsive, and he frequently updated us on the progress of our reno. Initially we had to remind him a couple of times on the details that we had discussed, but eventually everything turned out well! He was also quick to rectify things we highlighted. Overall, the project was completed within expected timeline. Price was quite competitive. Our house turned out very similar to the 3D and we're very pleased! Have been recommending Jeff and swiss interior to other friends and colleagues who are planning to do reno 🙂

We are a first time home owner with limited knowledge with regards to renovation.
