Interior Designer Fion was strongly recommended by my daughter who had her flat renovation design by her. Fion did very well in designing according to our personal decisions. She also helped us in matching the colors of the tiles, wardrobe and kitchen cabinet. Her advice help us save a lot of time and allow the renovation to be done smoothly. The renovation works on every department was very good with Fion updating us as the work progresses and any objections to the work was rectified by them almost immediately. We are very happy to take over and stay in this well renovated flat. Thank you Fion and Renologist for a job well done.

I decided to go with Renologist after meeting a few IDs, because the overall vibes felt good. I was proven right due to the good experience that I had with Ice. She was really good and provided a good balance between sharing her own views and preferences, and taking my own into account. She was always honest about whether she thought an idea would work or whether something was worth its price to build or buy, but was also always open to taking in my ideas and suggestions. There were a number of good ideas that she was able to suggest due to her experience, and from hindsight and looking at the finished product now, I am very glad that I took her suggestions! In particular, she has a very good eye for colours and matching them, and she was able to provide very good advice and guidance on what would work for my place. She was also very meticulous, and ran through the plans for the house in great detail, right from the beginning and repeatedly, until she was sure that I was satisfied with the plans. In addition, she helped to expedite some of the processes because she knew I wanted to complete the works faster, which was greatly appreciated. Most importantly, she was always just a phone call or text away, and was very responsive at all times - she definitely felt like a friend because she was very approachable, which greatly helped with the overall experience and process. I did not have to be afraid of asking whenever I had any questions or concerns, and she would always try her best to respond in a timely manner, as quickly as she could. The contractors who came down to do the actual works were also excellent to work with. They were friendly and worked very quickly, and some of them also helped to do "extras" out of their good will. Whenever there were any issues, I would discuss it openly with them and they were clearly very experienced and professional, and were able to suggest good solutions. I am happy with their workmanship thus far, and they also came down a number of times subsequently to rectify some minor problems that we encountered. Looking at my house now, I am really thankful for the opportunity to work with Ice and Renologist, and would definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone to do up your house.
