"Engaged Jermaine to do some additional renovations to my current home, mainly patio expansion and ziptrack plus new carpentry for my shoes and hobby collection. Despite my fickle mindedness, he managed to give me the best designs and see through the works. Although there were hiccups, he ensured that all were rectified and go through the process with me. He still continued to ask me about the quality of works even after the renovation as well."

"Communication is unquestionably vital when choosing an ID. We're glad we met Lucas because he's great at communicating with us and ensuring that our renovation process run as easily and comfortably as possible. He provided us with numerous suggestions and advice, and he is really patient when answering queries. If we need something clarified, he's always a phone call or text message away. We're also grateful to the hackers, electricians, tilers, air conditioning technicians, carpenters, tabletop guys, and everyone else who helped us renovate our home. We appreciate each and every one of them for ensuring that the area is clean once they have completed their tasks! Our home renovation is now complete, and relatives and friends have been complimenting us on it. We are very pleased with the outcome! Thank you for making our home more beautiful! Early this year , I engaged Jermaine tan from project 19 firm to create a counter top for my office. He was patient throughout the process and have given his 100 percent as a designer. Even though there were some hiccups here and there with the carpentry due to unforeseen circumstances. Jermaine was professional and quick to rectify with the supplier and carpenters. I strongly recommend him and will come back for his service again

"Godsend! I was very happy with the services and workmanship provided by my ID, Mr Ivan Ong and his team. I didn't really have the time to go over and check the progress but I was given timely updates by my ID. Thus I was very grateful that he could be trusted and reliable. I did a small renovation to my kitchen and added some carpentry for the rest of the house . The outcome is really exceeding my expectations. When it comes to planning and choosing materials, he puts into much consideration my budget and preferences. I am comfortable that he wasn’t pushy but gave timely advice and recommendations when needed. Price for the overall Reno was transparent and affordable. He was very meticulous about the details, planning and workmanship. He was also quick to rectify any problems that arose during and after reno. Thank you for the excellent service. My children and I couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and carpentry!"

I was very satisfied with the services provided by my ID, Mr Ivan Ong. Workmanship, service, planning and design from A-Z, exceed my expectations. Price was transparent and my ID worked within my budget and time frame. I did kitchen renovation and some carpentry for the house. Overall, renovation was smooth. Any hiccups were quickly rectify. Project 19 was prompt on their deliveries and replies. Jermaine never fails to respond to every request in the quickest time. Project completed on time. They are also very accomodating as we were working on a short timeline and to minimise disruption to the centre, was willing to work on public holidays and after operating hours. Last but not least, they managed to fit into our budget so value for money. Will definitely recommened Project 19.
