I recently hired Original Copy Design for the renovation of my 4-room resale flat after sourcing around 10 IDs..The design they provided perfectly suited our theme as they understood requirements well. While there were a few instances of miscommunication throughout the project, the team was quick to address and resolve these issues. The team also provided sound design advice including selection of furniture and fittings and were patient with our requests.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the incredible work the designer did on my house renovation project. Working with Verene and her team have been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The quality of work delivered exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with the final results. Verene and her team truly captured my vision and turned it into a reality. Throughout the project, Verene and her team demonstrated excellent communication and collaboration skills. They were always attentive to my needs and promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had. I am more than happy to recommend Original Copy to anyone seeking top-notch interior design services. Verene and Bjorn’s team have been incredibly supportive during our first home Reno journey. During our initial shortlists of ID/contractors, Original Copy stood out. Verene was able to quickly understand the concept/mood we wanted, and even provided new ideas and we were pleasantly surprised with some ideas that managed to solidify. Their quotations are also reasonable and similarly priced to some contractor’s (not ID) quotations that we got. Through the Reno journey, we can see that both Verene and Bjorn are very hands on and they are always available to answer any questions that we have. They are also willing to go the extra mile, to double check and rectify any of the ongoing works - sometimes even before we notice them ourselves. It is also very reassuring to know that Verene & Bjorn pay a lot of attention to details and take a lot of pride in handpicking the best professionals to work on our house, showing us that quality is never compromised. One feedback is that we hope that the team can improve on their timely communication & more frequent updates to clients. For us, we had some issues with delays in our timeline - which we were not made aware of ahead of time. Upon deeper understanding, we discovered that the delay was mainly caused by external vendors - which they have been trying to manage without us worrying. We also did feedback this in person to Verene and Bjorn - that we will prefer a more proactive communication as it helps to manage our expectations. They were incredible open & receptive to our feedback which made us feel more comfortable working with them. All in all, Orginal Copy has a lot of potential and drive to be one of the leading ID firms in the industry. They are genuine about supporting the clients to achieve beautiful homes with no compromises on quality, while ensuring that it is within one’s budget.
