We are absolutely thrilled with the results of our recent 5 room flat makeover. As a mature HDB property, there were numerous design limitations to consider, but Gary & Shi Ming took time to understand our preferences and then came up with some really super ideas to turn our tired old property into a modern and spacious home. Their quote was detailed and competitive, they engaged with us throughout the project, they always answered questions clearly and promptly and their entire team, including sub-contractors were courteous, conscientious and hard working. Handover was a breeze, with any minor issues followed up and settled to our complete satisfaction. We experienced no hidden costs and no unexpected surprises, so we have no hesitation in highly recommending M+L.

Wah, very happy sia! We engaged M+L Interior and got Richard as our ID. From start to end, he was super detailed and made sure every small request we had was fulfilled. Richard gave us a lot of practical suggestions, especially when we couldn’t decide on the layout and materials. Even after the reno finished, he still followed up to make sure everything was okay.
