Was glad to have chosen Joey Goh to work on my renovation. He listens to my concerns and is open to new suggestions/ideas. He updates me on the daily status and inform me of the work to be done on the following week. When I inform him of defects, he will check on it and after liaising with the contractors, he will update me on how they are going to rectify the defects. Was overall very pleased with the service provided by Joey Goh.

They are very proactive in giving me suggestions right from the get-go of the planning stage to rectifying aftersales minor snags. Responsive, reliable, trustworthy and most of all - humorously good nature. My renovation journey was a smooth one because of them. Choosing the right ID is crucial as they not only coordinate the scheduling of your renovation but you need to have one that has a lot of experience in preparing you for unforeseen Reno nightmares and able to suggest you on a timely solution. I had the pleasure of working with JJ on my home reno project and I couldn't be happier with the results. From our initial consultation to the final walk-through, JJ was always sincere, patient and professional. He listened attentively to my requirements and vision for the space, while also bringing his own ideas and expertise to the table. JJ was responsive, and easy to work with, and came across as one who wanted to create the best possible space for the homeowners he worked with. The outcome was a functional and practical space, and he made the reno (especially during the Covid period) a seamless and enjoyable experience.
