First time engaging an ID for our BTO flat. Franscisco and team were very helpful in providing advice in terms of what could be done and what was not feasible. Advice was also provided on how to work the design and costs to fit our budget. They also guided us through the process of design and were accommodating of the times when we were unsure and kept asking to try out different colours during the design process. Francisco and team were willing to accommodate to our availability for the meetings and guided us through the whole process such as selection of laminates/fittings/etc. They were also able to work within our tight deadline so we were one of the first few to shift in after key collection 🙂 Thanks!

Huge thanks to Hashtag Interior, Daniel, and Ruth for my gorgeous home! Ruth was extremely patient in listening to my (not very practical) requirements and did her best to combine form and function so that I was ensured a one of a kind look, while maintaining the functionalities of a practical home. Her design sense is like none other and I was very impressed at the way she was able to handle all sorts of outrageous circumstances thrown at her. She took the time and effort to understand what we were seeing in our heads but couldn’t quite explain, and yet she was able to grasp the concept seamlessly. Thank you so much! I’ve enquired at several different establishments but decided on engaging Tricia as she shared very honest interior design advices to even small details like what kind of water heater to get. She immediately gets the kind of look we are going for. This was extremely important as we went back on forth with several other firms just to get them to understand what we want, and within our budget. She even shared with us approaches to achieve the same kind of theme we were going towards but with more effective budgeting. Tricia and Hashtag is extremely proactive in solving our concerns whenever we have any doubts. Their service is highly recommended!

David An is very easy to talk to and quickly understand what we are looking for. Most importantly, our design from 3D drawing matches the actual reno. He took initiative to shortlist laminate, table top color and vinyl flooring to pair with our furnitures. (Yes- we bought furnitures before reno starts). Hence, David have to work backwards to deliver the desirable atmosphere we wanted. Of cause there are hiccups along the way. However, David takes feedbacks (in regards to his contractors) positively and remedying most of it. He response to us very promptly and professionally resolves issues that we highlighted to him. I definitely recommend him!

David was the first ID who contacted us from Qanvast. From our very 1st meeting, discussion was smooth & we clicked very well. We showed him pictures of our ideal home & he knew exactly what we wanted. He went extra mile in helping us with purchases from taobao, giving us his personal opinion & also good recommendation. The renovation process was great. There were hiccups but David was quick & demonstrated great knowledge in solving problems. We love our new home & would highly recommend Hashtag Interior. Kudos to our ID Victoria for her professionalism and dedication to work and good customer service. Her attention to details and close follow-up is very much appreciated. The company in terms of project management is good and professional. Workmanship is good too, all properly done. Defects were fixed without issue. We were glad to have chosen this ID and the renovation journey has been fun and rewarding.

I’m feeling grateful writing this because without Francisco, this wonderfully serene home wouldn't be possible! From my first interaction with him, I was clear on his professionalism, humbleness and passion for my project. He accommodated to almost every single one of requests and yet sticking to my budget! I was impressed and amazed by his attention to detail. He was always responsive and knows exactly what I want for my concept & design. He specially met & understood all of my concerns and queries, even the outcome has exceeded my expectations! Would personally like to compliment Francisco for the dedication to his work and the seamless coordination. The whole project was on schedule with no compromise to quality and workmanship, really important specially during this pandemic.
