Our renovation journey was made simple and enjoyable with ID Jayle who was receptive to our ideas and practical in her designs. She was able to bounce multiple idea with us to ensure we got the deisgns we wanted instead of selling a "packaged" design. The practicality in her designs also ensured we balanced between the wants and needs in our home while keeping to our tight budget. Jayle also took time to discuss the fine details of the renovation process both on and off site to ensure that we are well informed of the progress of the renovation. Our last minute changes were also well received and she tried the best to ensure they were completed to the best of her ability. The renovation process (pre, during and after) was smooth and with little hiccups, making our first home renovation a memorable one.

We engaged Jaslin to help us do renovation for 1 of our condo bedroom, and she has been very professional in her work and advice given, even though it was just a very small project which many others had rejected to take up. Even on choosing a matching laminate color to our existing furniture, Jaslin also came up personally to oversee the hacking, measurement, and installation work - to which we really appreciate and love the final work. She achieved it by showing some home design photos to me to confirm her understanding. Until the 3D was finally shown, it not only met but surpassed my expectations. I’ve used Darwin Interior’s service before. They produced good work and are easy to work with, that’s why I used them again. This time my designer was Lucas Pe. He was very helpful, patient and responsive although I made several changes to my plans. I also like the fact that he didn’t try to hard sell any products from their suppliers. As before I was satisfied with the service and quality of the work.

I've recently completed my home renovation by Darwin Interior with my assigned ID Sheryl. From the 1st meet up, she was able to understand what I want. She was able to use her experience to give advice and suggestions that were both aesthetically nice and practical. The entire reno process was very smooth sailing. Sheryl was able to coordinate everything very well, and also provided the timeline for the whole reno. She was also very responsive and patient with all my questions and requests. Everything was completed within the timeline, and any issues were also being addressed fast. Overall I'm really happy I went with Darwin Interior. I must say Paul is a very experienced and patient guy who will advise you on your reno expectation and help you save on costs and yet not compromised on the quality of the work. Irene is an asset to Darwin interior and a very responsible person, who replies to calls and messages almost immediately. She is a very accommodating and adjustable person to our every request as per many times. Really appreciate her for sending the best workers for all works. Irene and all workers were always punctual and delivered an excellent job. Her prompt service to rectify an issue after handing over is also much appreciated.
