We met up with many ID firms and decided to go with Jingwen from Aestherior. Jingwen was very friendly and receptive, offering a lot of her advices while listening to what we wanted for our dream home. Being first time owners, we were quite uncertain on some choices but Jingwen was very re-assuring and always advise us on our choices, providing several options and their pros and cons so that we can make our decisions better. Throughout our reno journey, we had quite a number of changes, Jingwen was extremely patient and helpful to change the 3D drafts and quotations for us. She also constantly updated us through whatsapp on the progress of our renovation, and even though we were too busy to head down for updates, we didnt have to worry about anything. Even after moving in, whenever we spotted some minor issues with the house, Jingwen very quickly got her contractors to come down to our house to rectify them. In the end, our reno process is smooth and everything worked out as plan and we are really appreciative of her help. Our guests were all praises of our new home! We are very grateful to her and would definitely recommend getting Jingwen as your ID!

After meeting 7 IDs, we decided to go with Jing Wen from Aestherior. The reason why we decided to go with her was due to her friendly, approachability, fresh ideas and ability to listen and come up with what we needed. There were some IDs that only wanted to do what would look good for their portfolio, however she stood out due to her giving us aesthetic concepts together with practical ideas. In my opinion, that is something rare to come by as not all IDs would be able to do that. I also had a strict timeline for me and my hubby to move in by, Jing Wen managed to handover to us in time and helped us quickly rectify any issues that we had. I highly recommend Jing Wen from Aestherior and would recommend her to my friends and family as well.

Ken was our ID. We had our ups and downs throughout the process of renovation. As both me and my husband are working till late usually, Ken made his very best to answer our queries pass the office hours despite his precious family time. He helped and guided us through with our furniture shopping so as to stay within the theme. For our house, we didnt want to change the current flooring and we wanted to follow a certain design and there were some difficulties. When we went to other designers, they told us its not possible and such. But Aestherior could do it! Ken assured us that it was possible and he thought of ways to do the reno as per our liking. We like this designer, transparent and delivered. We are happy with the outcome and quality given by this company. Thank you Ken, thank you Aestherior.

Due to a recommendation from our sister-in-law, we contacted Leo from Aestherior. After we visited a few interior designers, we decided to choose Aestherior to appoint Leo as our interior designer. In just one meeting, Leo came out with a design that suited our concept and theme in the next appointment. We went ahead with Leo and Aestherior due to his energy, positive communication, design, and reasonable quotation. We only visited our house three times during the renovation because Leo shared regular progress with us. Although we had a few up and down in processing, he delivered the house within the timeline and budget. Finally, we received our house in good condition. Our friends and relatives who visited our home loved the design. Most importantly, we enjoy staying in our home at every moment. So, we thank Leo and Astherior team for creating our cozy home!

Jing Wen was the designer of our choice. From the first meet up to the end of the reno, she was very proactive and follow up constantly. We appreciate how she was able to go the extra mile to help us with looking for materials and revising the quote several times. Jing Wen was easy to communicate and understood what were our preferences just by the first meeting. It was literally bullseye when she showed us some 3D drafts of what she wanted to portray for our home. That was when we decided that Jing Wen was the one that we would like to go for. After we had signed the contract with Aestherior and Jing Wen, she continued to prove that she understand what we were looking for in our place via 3Ds and planning. The reno was completed smoothly and handed over to us, exactly like what she had portrayed in the 3D. We love our home and kudos to Jing Wen. Appreciate all that she has done and no regrets going with Jing Wen, the designer of our choice!

We were scouting around for reno companies and Aestherior was shortlisted due to the excellent reviews and appealing projects. While Caleb, our ID didn’t strike us as very conversant or interactive at our very first meeting, we could tell that he had a heart for what he was doing, choosing instead to sit and draw layouts on the floor plan with great detail and accuracy. In fact, it was by instinct and a sense that he would be the kind of ID that would pour his heart into our house reno, that we decided to go with him. This is our 2nd home and we had planned for it to be our retirement home. It was and still is a huge investment. Reno would be major as it was a 30-yr old HDB flat and we already had an idea of what we really liked and desired based on our own research and experience with our 1st home. We did spend quite a bit of time discussing and working out many details with Caleb. He was extremely patient and listened attentively to our concerns and thoughts. While he constantly seeked our input on details, he also proposed excellent choices in materials such as laminate colours and tile designs. Caleb was on site during the reno process very often to ensure the workers carried out the works well and ensured the details were looked into. He was responsive to queries and adaptive to even last minute changes. From his interactions with the different groups of workers, we could tell that he could liaise and communicate well with them. He was honest to inform us what could and could not be done and propose solutions around problems that arose. Caleb’s attitude was excellent throughout and he was highly hands-on to help out in even the nitty gritties- eg. removing paint spots on the floor, etc. What also impressed us was his humility to deal with our neighbour’s complains about noisy reno work, even personally going down at night to visit them to apologize and reassure them. We knew there was no such thing as a perfect reno work (although the carpentry was very well done) and some rectifications and touch up such as uneven plastering and paint work, after completion would be needed even after we moved in and Caleb continued to coordinate these matters. We have also heard of so many delays in reno projects all over as our country is still recovering from the pandemic and we had a tight timeline to move out of our old place to shift in. This we felt could not have been possible to a large extent without Caleb’s professionalism and strong work ethic. Caleb is indeed the ‘Heartbeat’ of our new home and we are absolutely thankful and grateful for him as our ID!

Ken is a meticulous individual with great sense of responsibility and gives good follow up. He has a good sense of what needs to be done, and provides good advice for best practices and common issues faced by prospective home owners. Budget wise, Ken follows up every step of the way, and makes sure we were well informed before going ahead. We especially liked the fact of having coloured internal PVCs for our carpentry work, and not many were able to provide this during our engagement with Aestherior. Great job to Ken and his team!

Getting a house is one of the biggest purchase to many of us and so every single decision is really important, especially your ID / contractor. My husband and I are not easy to please and we are very kiasu, so in total we enquired about 20 IDs before making the big decision. When I first contacted Caleb from Aestherior, I gave him my floor plan and told him what I want via whatsapp before meeting him. During the first meet up he already prepared the 2D as well as quotation so I was very impressed already. During the discussion we made some changes so Caleb sketch on the spot and adjusted the quotation accordingly (some of the IDs we met can’t really sketch, and some of them do not really know the costs well). We kinda knew that he is THE ONE after the first meet up mainly because, we felt that Caleb is very genuine and honest. Many IDs like to “sweet talk” and always force us to make decision quick, when we rejected them they even offered discount up to 10k, which really made us question their initial quotation and honesty. Caleb understood what we want well, we only needed a few iterations to get the 3D rendering right. During the reno process, we understand and accepted the fact that no contractor is perfect, there were some mistakes / quality issues, however Caleb always make sure to get the contractors to rectify for us. Even until now that the whole reno is completed and payment all cleared, whenever we need help Caleb always help us and sometimes he even helped us to rectify certain things on his own and he’s quite hands on. We are really glad that we have a reliable ID who can deliver, and most importantly with good attitude. Thanks Caleb for realising our dream house 😊.

After reviewing 3 interior design, finally we choose Aestherior. Aestherior appointed Ken as our interior designer. Start from the design process until completion, Ken has helped us a lot and gave input on the design. The most important thing is the budget meet (with the renovation expectation) and the timeline was achieved at 2.5 months. At first we are a bit worried but Ken make sure it complete within the timeline (really appreciate it). Overall I am recommend Ken from Aestherior, thank you for everything 😊

Roy had helped with our previous home and we had great experience working with him and hence engaging him again this is new project. In the shortlisting process, both Roy and Leo took effort and worked hard together to understand our specific requirements, budget and timeline. They spent sometime on site surveying the place discussing and evaluating the various options considering is an old flat and there are challenges. Roy and Leo provided few design proposal based on what we needed and along with timeline. Both were very responsive to our questions and request. There were situations in the mist of the renovation and they were quick to provide alternative practical recommendation and solution The timeline given was tight but they managed to deliver on schedule despite manpower crunch due to covid situation. We appreciated that they were there throughout the renovation supervising and project managed the work at each stage. The engagement had been hassle free for us as we were updated of the progress. Both were prompt to rectification requirements too. We loved the final outcome of the completed work both in terms of design and the feel of the new place. Not only does the house now looks aesthetically beautiful it also comfortable, elderly friendly and practical. The overall quality and workmanship is impressive and we are very happy to have engaged Aestherior. Thank you Roy and Leo
