Had very good experience with Zen on our renovation journey. He had been very prompt and able to solve our issues. Though the timeline was tight, but he was able to accomplished the promised work! Happy that we engaged Zen for the renovation.!

Would like to give ace's an all out cheers because I would really like to thank you for having such a helpful and creative interior designer Xean. Xean was very detailed, creative and optimistic at her work. I am extremely glad on the outcome for my house. The whole process of renovation which would deem as stressful and time consuming for most felt like a hobby as Xean treated me like a friend, thus the communication barrier lays out smoothly. She suggested decoration, theme colours,lightings and the furnishing matches perfectly in order. The best part she is so funny, friendly at the same time outspoken not pushy. Xean always had our best interest in heart. There are 2 main things we love about Xean: - Candidness. If something looks nice, she will tell you it looks nice. If something looks ugly, she will tell you it looks like crap. No sugar-coating, no patronizing, just calling a spade a spade. - Extreme attention to detail. This greatly reassures us as we could see that she is genuinely very interested in our project, as well as her passion for not only the design aspect, but the entire journey from first meeting to handover. Throughout the renovation, Xean provided regular updates, photos and videos on the progress. It was very informative, that we hardly had to worry about going down to the site to inspect anything. There was a period of time where we were overseas, and Xean took care of everything nonetheless. Everything was according to schedule. There were certain inevitable delays such as shipping of certain toilet accessory, which was out of anyone's control due to the lockdown situation overseas. Xean was very receptive to our requests for certain changes, midway through the renovation. She always had a good solution or workaround for our concerns. From installing pull-out drawers in kitchen cabinets, to installing of wall mounts, everything was taken care of. Xean was nothing short of patient, responsible and resourceful. As a sales /ID she has demonstrated a good role model on the company image and i believe any interior designer companies should treasure this kind of IDs as they are a rare gem. Xean came to my housewarming today and gave me a gift. She took notice of every scratches and would even ask help me replace if there are some damages. Everyone that has came in to my home has complimented on how gorgeous the house looks, which i indeed proudly agreed. Thank you so much Xean!!!!!

Engaged Zen and Alex to renovate my Condo. Not only they completed in record time but with really quality of work, patience and great workmanship. We did not have much time after handover of our previous flat. Alex and Zen have been really time sensitive, arranged all the work meticulously. They are quite open to hear your thoughts and readily accommodate your views and preferences. We engaged other ID’s but only Zen and team provided the best quote fitting the budget and no compromise on quality and no hidden cost or last-minute surprises. Best part is after service and willing to be there for you to listen and rectify the problem. I have recommenced Ace's Design Pte Ltd to my friends and family and others who have voluntarily asked for them after seeing my house reno. Ace's Design Pte Ltd worth every dollar you pay.

It was an enjoyable journey from conception of ideas through to renovation completion. Sean was able to turn concepts/ideas in my mind into his designs & illustrations; that so precisely represented what I wanted. He is professional in conduct; he did not hesitate to share the problems that I would face, in the long run, on some of my preferences. Truly appreciate him being frank and consistently reminding me of my objective for easy maintenance in the long run. The renovation was completed in a timely and orderly manner. Workmanship is superb. Much care was put into the details in ensuring the finishing is top-notch. Wonderful overall experience

Had Sean to design my parent’s home in which he has been very meticulous as well as attentive towards their needs. Even though we had an idea of how we wanted our home, he would recommend another idea which actually better suits their needs. Sean is definitely someone who is experienced in this industry, a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing home - I am very satisfied with his work. I engaged Zen as my ID and was very pleased at how detailed and meticulous he was when handling the project. It was a challenging Covid-19 period and he managed to deliver on time! Thumbs up and if you are looking for a ID, look for him… No regrets at all and loving my home!

Zen was the ID for my 5 room hdb. He is very a friendly person. He will first understand our requirements, knowing what we are looking for. For the meetup, he already prepared some sketch board to show us his design ideas and from there we start to discuss further into detail. His response is very prompt from the start till hand over. Quality wise, I would say I am satisfied. Yes - there is some minor issues here and there yet he resolved all of them. As we also have the tight schedule to follow, which must complete the design, wet works, carpentry in less than 3 months, he made this happen! The trust & integrity, commitment are there!

Shane and Alex helped my home renovation. They are very professional, patient and responsive. They understood my requirement and provided a lot of advice. I told them that my budget was very tight, Shane and Alex tried their best to keep the renovation cost within my budget. The renovation was on time schedule and could be completed within two months. Alex followed up my project very closely and patiently. High recommended !

As first time homeowners, Xean was very patient with our questions / requests. She replies promptly, and we never had a situation of her ghosting on us. She understood our constraints and took pride in the project. She's also not a very calculative person, hence it's a pleasure working with her. She is passionate, sincere and committed in the work she does, there were some nights where we spoke till late to align on the design. I believe in any home renovation project, there will bound to be some hiccups (there's just so many messages being passed down, from home owners to ID, from ID to contractors, from contractors to workers), but the hiccups were resolved quickly and easily. Overall it was a pleasant experience working with Xean!
